Membership Development

Club Services are activities that keep the club operating and without membership development the club could not function. There are four separate membership related committees:

• Membership Development Committee
  is responsible for encouraging Rotarians to target and recruit new members and to retain present members;
  
  
• Classification and Membership Committee
  reviews proposals to assure the candidate is of good personal character and recommend acceptance or not based on Rotary's rules for vocational classification and qualification;
  
  
• Rotary Information Committee
  is responsible to see that new and prospective members are aware of the commitment they are making as rotarians and of the purpose and operation of Rotary;
  
  
• Attendance Committee
  monitors member's attendance to see that attendance rules are followed.
