Update from Cassie
I can't believe that it is already my FIFTH monthly report! Absolutely crazy how fast time has flown. My exchange is almost half over! I have a mixture of feelings of accomplishment and anxiousness that the best year of my life is half over!
I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and New Years in Canada! I Heard it was way too warm! And it was here too, on Christmas we went hiking and I was in a TSHIRT! We took a family photo and you can spot the Canadian too easily. My host family has winter jackets and vests on and the Canuck is standing there in a tshirt- feels like spring eh?
I received the card from Rotary and that was so nice to hear from everybody! I hope everybody had a lovely holiday, Christmas and New Years! Mine was full of delicious food, wonderful chocolate, and breathtaking mountains!
I'd like to thank all of Rotary for all of the support I have received through my whole Rotary Youth Exchange experience. I am so thankful to have had this opportunity to travel and learn. I'm currently living my dream and enjoying every second I promise you! I am totally in love with Europe and Switzerland and have taken it all in. Thank you all for giving me this amazing chance!
