Rotary Club of Brantford Tree Plant

Each year, the Rotary Club of Brantford, with the support of TD Friends of the Environment, along with its community partners Rotary Sunrise Brantford, Brant Waterways/Brant Tree Coalition, City of Brantford and Grand River Conservation Authority focus on the following goals:

1. plant 250 local species of trees and shrubs
2. increase the urban canopy, create habitat,
3. reduce the urban heat island effect
4. carbon sequestration
5. reduce city resource for grass cutting
6. have fun
